Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with enterprise is always a good experience. Everyone is so friendly. My last rental I needed a minivan and one was not available the CSR made sure to have me a 7 passenger SUV, once I knew it wouldn’t accommodate me and my family he did everything possible to find me a minivan but I just kept the SUV because he couldn’t find one. Will rent from enterprise again.

I rented a car from Enterprise in Garden City, Ga. I needed a one-way rental from Georgia to New Jersey. They were the only Rent-A-Car place that was accommodating during my time of need. Drew (our sales person) was attentive and met all of our needs. I would highly recommend services through this particular branch for rent a car needs! Five stars!

Prior to obtaining my rental vehicle an Enterprise representative called me twice to confirm if I still wanted the vehicle and to obtain more information. However no one could call to tell me the renter was not available. We traveled there only to be told the requested rental a van was not there. It would have been nice if they could have called to let me know that way I could have had more time to search for options. Staff was polite and offered suggestions. Overall it was to late .

I would normally give 5 stars to Enterprise but my last rental stopped that. I have rented several times and never had a real issue until this last rental. I needed a vehicle while my truck was in the shop so I went to Enterprise. I had a truck for 29 days and went to renew it and was told it needed an oil change and they would provide a replacement, which they did. They gave me another truck except this vehicle smelled HORRIBLE like cigarette smoke and pot. I called the day I rented to explain and was told we are sorry and that was it. My wife suffers from migraines which smoke will trigger it, she had a migraine they day we first rented the truck and was in bed for 3 days due to the smell. I then did a chat with an agent and was told that this would be sent to corporate and I should hear back in 7-10 business days, well I still have not been contacted and it has been over 2 weeks ago. I then complained at the return of the rental and still nothing was done. This is totally unprofessional and since Enterprise has a no smoking policy on all vehicles I can't understand why this vehicle was given to me. In the future if or when I rent again I will not accept a vehicle in this condition.
